Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide!
For in stock items please allow 2-5 days for order processing.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number.

For custom built to order products, please allow 2-5 weeks. Once the product is built and processed, you will receive a tracking number.

Return policy
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since you have received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (this includes the protective plastic on all parts of the watch). You must also provide your name and order number.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or returned. 

Please let us know immediately if you received damage or broken products. You can contact us via the contact page and we will attend to your concerns as soon as possible.

In any case that there is an order cancellation request (wrong order, double order) as long as the items are not yet ship and they are not custom the item can be refunded.

In case the items have already been shipped out:
Customer must ship back the item/s at customer's expense, once the return items is received and determined to be in the original condition, we will process the refund, minus 15% for processing and restocking fees. 


We will not refund any shipping cost incurred in the order once shipped out. 


Let us know if your order does not arrive after 30 days from the shipment date. We will coordinate with the selected courier regarding the status of your orders.


Once an order has been shipped we are not liable for any issues that may arise  with shipping carriers or local country customs.
